Course duration for September starts (two-year program) is two academic years. Course duration for January starts (two-year program) is 16 months continuous.

We fully prepare you to secure a position within a financial institution, a position in the finance department of a company, or to undertake one of the numerous professional designations open to college or university graduates. In addition, the program includes courses like Investment Funds in Canada, Investments 1 and Investments 2 that prepare you for licensing courses in the financial services industry.
In addition to your tuition, you should prepare to spend approximately $2,300 per year for textbooks, supplies and professional certification fees. The students who wish to take up licensing courses like Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) and Canadian Securities Courses (CSC) would need to incur additional fees payable to the external course providers. In addition to the scholarships and bursaries Sheridan offers, you may be eligible for awards granted to Finance students based on superior academic performance.
Applicants who do not meet the admission requirements for this program will be assessed and advised individually and may be considered for other, related programs.
The Business Administration-Finance Program is also offered with a co-op option (PBAFC). The cooperative education experience allows you to gain invaluable field experience and also earn money while working in a program-related position within the industry.
Many of the courses in the Business Administration-Finance curriculum are also available to you through Sheridans continuing and part-time studies (which include equivalent courses).
